Privacy Policy

            Kashf Lens is a 100% offline application. All sensor data stays on your device. The only personal data optionally collected is your email address, stored locally on-device.
        

1. Data Collection

Kashf Lens operates entirely on your device without any network connections. No data is ever sent to external servers.

The app may optionally ask for your email address for future product updates. This is entirely voluntary. If you choose to provide your email:

It is stored locally on your device only using iOS UserDefaults
It is not transmitted to any server or third party
An explicit consent checkbox (unchecked by default) must be checked before submission
You can delete your email at any time from Settings > Operator Network > Delete

2. Sensor Data

The app accesses the following iPhone sensors solely for on-device analysis:

Magnetometer — to detect magnetic field anomalies near walls and surfaces
Microphone — to perform vibro-acoustic analysis when you tap on a surface (audio is processed in real-time and never recorded or stored)
Camera — to perform AI visual analysis of wall surfaces (images are processed in real-time and never recorded or stored)
Motion sensors (accelerometer/gyroscope) — to assist with vibration detection and device orientation

All sensor data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted, stored permanently, or shared with any third party.

3. Data Storage

Scan results and room mappings are stored locally on your device only. This data is not backed up to any cloud service by the app. You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling the application.

4. Third-Party Services

Kashf Lens does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data collection services. There are no SDKs that transmit data externally.

5. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app does not collect any information from anyone.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your email data at any time directly from the app's Settings screen. Since all data is stored locally, uninstalling the app permanently erases everything.

7. Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, the changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
